🚚 Delivery Times

We dispatch orders from our Cheshire facility with next-day delivery available across the UK. Order before 1pm, and your pup’s goodies will be on their way the same day. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships — no guessing games.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Not the right chew? Wrong flavour? We accept returns within 90 days of delivery — unopened, unchewed, un-drooled on. Just email us with your order number and we’ll sort it, quick-smart. Refunds processed back to your original payment method. No fuss, no faff.

❓ FAQs

Are your treats FDA approved? Yes — and tested on our own dogs first. If it doesn’t pass their sniff test, it doesn’t leave the farm.

Can I change my subscription plan? Absolutely. Log in to your account and tweak it as needed. Want help? Drop us a message.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — but it's in the works. Sign up for updates and we’ll bark when it's live.

Where are your products shipped from? Right here on our Cheshire farm. Born and raised with proper dog-loving care.

Can I visit the farm or meet the dogs? Soon! We’re working on behind-the-scenes access so you feel part of the Wag n Well crew. Feel free to contact us to make a connection!
