We deliver to the UK only currently. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies:
Order Processing Time Orders take 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process after confirmation.

UK & Ireland: 48 hours
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors such as customs delays.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by:

Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or processing a refund, as per your preference. Please provide photos of damaged items and packaging to support your issue.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we are happy to accept cancellations. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
